We can receive orders through the mail, phone, but prefer email. Orders are shipped upon completion Monday through Friday.

All of our products are guaranteed with a 10-day money back policy. If after receiving your purchase and you are not satisfied with the craftsmanship we will remake your order. There are no refunds for disliking color or size if you did not specify. No cash refunds.

Shipping:

USPS Priority Mail. Shipping is FREE for retail jewelry sales only. We try to ship next day but if order is not in stock and must be made then you will receive an email that will tell when to expect it. Special orders will be notified by email as to how long it might take. If you do not receive your order within 14 days after shipped please notify us and it will be looked in to. Save all correspondence and receipt. International orders are shipped Fedex and are not free.

Damaged Goods:

If an item is damaged during delivery it must be taken to YOUR postal office and YOU must make the report. We are not allowed to do this because you have the item in your possession. Send receipt and copy of the repost and the action they have taken to up within 3 days of receiving the package.
